A&N
offers two development programs to support furthering the education
of our employees.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
A&N offers tuition reimbursement for
employees pursuing advanced collegiate degrees in fields that A&N
deems beneficial to the business objectives of the company. Amount
of reimbursement is commensurate with grade performance for a given
semester. In addition, A&N also provides financial assistance
in obtaining certifications relevant to an employee’s career
(e.g., CISSP).
Information Assurance Development Program
A&N’s Information Assurance (IA)
Development Program (IADP) is an internally operated program for
newly hired A&N employees with little to no IA experience. Employees
completing this program will have gained a general understanding
of IA concepts and technologies, as well as an understanding of
A&N’s IA solution development method.
The program leverages on-the-job training
via rotational assignments through A&N’s IA business areas,
as well as close interaction with experienced A&N staff members.
Formal training is provided on a case-by-case basis. Ideal employees
for this program include college graduates, interns/co-ops, or those
undergoing a career change. However, other types of candidates are
considered as well.
